Mechanism for Recording Student Violations – Faculty Members
King Khalid University's one-page Arabic guideline titled "آلية ضبط مخالفات الطلاب – أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم من المراقبين والمصححين" (created on 26 February 2025 / 14 رجب 1447 هـ) explains, in a clear step-by-step flow, how student violations are handled: documenting the incident using the standard form, referring it to the appropriate body (behavioral/discipline or examinations committee), reviewing within stated time limits (typically within 10 working days), elevating recommendations to the University Higher Committee for Violations, issuing the final decision, and implementing sanctions while notifying the student and safeguarding the right to respond/appeal.
