Getting Started With Rbrul Workshop

The Scientific Research Committee of the Faculty of Languages and Translation recently held an enlightening two-hour workshop on April 9, 2018. The purpose of the workshop was to familiarize faculty members and MA students with the intricacies of Rbrul software.

clt Celebrates the Thirteenth Annual Research Day

On April 4, 2018, the 13th Annual Research Day took place at King Khalid University under the guidance of Dr. Ismail Al-Refaai, Director of the Language Research Center. The event was inaugurated with a recitation from the Qur'an, followed by welcoming remarks from Dr. Abdullah Al-Melhi, Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Translation. Dr. Al-Melhi underlined the importance of academic events and expressed his appreciation for faculty members who contributed their research to the event.

On April 3, 2018, a seminar was held at King Khalid University's Faculty of Languages and Translation, featuring Dr. Abdulrahman Almosa as the presenter. The subject matter was based on Dr. Almosa's dissertation titled "Multimedia Assisted Language Learning (MMALL) Facilitating L2 Listening Comprehension in an EFL Classroom." The event took place on the 2nd of April, 2018, in the university's A/3/1 hall from 11 am to 12 pm.
