CLT Delivers Brief Translation on the Arabian Highland Development Strategy in 7 Languages

As part of the community outreach program under the aegis of the Bachelor of Arts in English program, spearheaded by Dean Abdullah Al-Melhi, we collaborated with the university's Media Center to translate a portion of the Arabian Highland Theme in the Aseer Region Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan is under the supervision of the Aseer Development Authority (ASDA). The translated content, made available in seven languages including Afrikaans, Bengali, French, Hindi, Pashto, Romanian, and Urdu, was shared in the form of short videos on YouTube and Twitter.

On October 12, 2021, the Women's section of the Scientific Research Unit organized a webinar titled "How to Prepare an Oral Research Presentation", led by Dr. Nada Alqarni.

Dr. Alqarni initiated her session by encouraging the audience to consider their objectives and audience engagement strategies. "Consider your goals and contemplate how you plan to involve your audience in the presentation," advised Dr. Alqarni. She proceeded to underscore the importance of brainstorming main ideas, organizing discussion topics, and thoroughly preparing for and rehearsing the presentation.
