Recognizing the paramount importance of developing English language skills not only for specialists but also for other disciplines—especially in applied medical sciences and public health—the College of Languages and Translation Club and the Applied Medical Sciences College Club in Khamis Mushait collaborated with the Deanship of Student Affairs for the female section to organize a workshop titled "English Without Borders: Modern Technological Applications in Developing Language Skills."

The college's student club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for the female section, organized the "Challenge Your Language" program.

In a spirited effort to highlight the crucial role of sports in enhancing physical and mental health, the College of Languages and Translation Club and the College of Computer Science Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for female students, hosted the "Sports Break" program. The event took place on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Al-Nokhba Hall within the women's campus in Al-Qureiqar.

The Alumni Unit at the College of Languages and Translation (CLT), King Khalid University, successfully organized a highly engaging online training course titled "Money and Time Management" on Sunday, October 6, 2024. The session was conducted by Dr. Salwa Saad Babker, Assistant Professor at the Applied College in Abha, and ran from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

On Monday, September 30, 2024, King Khalid University's Department of Translation took center stage at the central library in Al-Faraa to celebrate International Translation Day. Under the compelling slogan "We Translate Without Borders," the department spearheaded a series of events in collaboration with the Deanship of Electronic Services. Aiming to underscore translation's crucial role in facilitating intercultural communication and knowledge transfer, the department's initiatives highlighted their leadership in the field.
