English Club Sponsors Award Ceremony Recognizing Extracurricular Learning Efforts
On December 6, 2018, the English Club conducted a ceremony to present certificates of appreciation and awards to a number of faculty members and students. The faculty were celebrated for their exceptional contributions to developing the students' proficiency in English, while many students were acknowledged for their initiatives in devising and implementing the programs.
The club expressed its gratitude to Dean Abdullah Al-Melhi, Vice Dean Yahya Asiri, and Chairman Munassir Alhamami for their role in making the extracurricular programs and the awards ceremony a reality. Student Activities Director, Khalid Al-Qasemi, underscored the significance of English language immersion events. He stated that these activities not only refine the students' language skills but also foster stronger relationships among students, teachers, and staff members.
The event was concluded by the English Club President and senior student, Abdulaziz Al-Shahrani, who took the opportunity to extend his heartfelt thanks and congratulations to all the participants and supporters. This momentous event highlighted the vibrant learning environment fostered at the Faculty of Languages and Translation.
