Mohsin Raza Khan, the clt E-Learning Supervisor, conducted a seminar focused on utilizing the Quality Matters (QM) rubric for the design, implementation, and proctoring of E-Learning courses. The seminar specifically highlighted his application of the Eight General Standards to the ENG 011 Intensive English Course, for which he received recognition from the International Quality Matters Peer Review Board.

The seminar delved into each of the Eight General Standards, covering topics such as course overview and introduction, learning objectives, assessment and measurement, instructional materials, course activities and learner interaction, course technology, learner support, and accessibility and usability. Mr. Mohsin also discussed the concept of alignment in course design, emphasizing how critical components such as learning objectives, assessment, resources, learner engagement, and technology should align with the desired learning outcomes.

Drawing from his experience as a Certified Master Reviewer with the International Quality Matters Peer Review Board, Mr. Mohsin provided insights into the evaluation process and shared various experiences related to the QM rubric.

Overall, the seminar aimed to enhance participants' understanding of the QM rubric and its application in designing high-quality E-Learning courses.
