E-Learning Awareness Campaign
Overseen by Dr. Abdullah Al-Melhi, Dean of the Faculty, the E-Learning Unit initiated an "E-Learning Awareness Campaign" tailored for first-level students of the English Language Center (ELC). The campaign spanned from Sunday, October 9 to Thursday, October 13, 2016.
Dr. Ali Alamir, Vice Dean, and Mr. Abdullah Al Rezgi, Director of the English Language Center, commended the efforts of the E-Learning Unit in orchestrating this beneficial initiative. They pledged their continued guidance and support to ensure the success of the orientation week.
Mr. Mohsin Raza Khan, Supervisor of the E-Learning Unit, elucidated that the objective of the campaign was to acquaint new students with King Khalid University's E-Learning Portal, Blackboard, and to familiarize them with the general examination pattern. "We engaged with students individually in their classrooms, providing a comprehensive introduction to the E-Learning system," Mr. Khan stated. Additionally, Mr. Rizwan Ghani, ELC Coordinator, gave an in-depth presentation on the pattern of examinations.
The successful execution of the awareness campaign was a combined effort, featuring significant contributions from Mr. Abdullah Al-Zubain, an E-Learning Specialist, Dr. Khaled Mohanna, E-Learning Team Manager, and the entire team of Level 1 ELC educators.
