In an effort to promote the global dissemination of Islamic teachings, the College of Languages and Translation Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for female students, organized a program titled "Religious Translation and Consolidating Our Beliefs." The event took place on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the entrance of Gate 9 in the Women's Complex in Al-Qureiqer, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Approximately 150 female students from the College of Languages and Translation and neighboring faculties—including Engineering, Computer Science, Business, and Law—attended and participated in the program. The event aimed to enhance students' translation skills within the context of Islamic texts.

The program featured several segments focused on collecting content related to the Prophetic Sunnah, Islamic beliefs, and Hadiths. Participants worked on accurately translating these texts, ensuring precision and fidelity to the original meanings. Prior to the event, translations were submitted to a panel of judges for quality assessment.

During the program, students presented their translations orally before the judging panel and their peers. This interactive setting fostered a collaborative learning environment, allowing both specialists and non-specialists to benefit from the discussions.

Organizers emphasized the crucial role of accurate translation in spreading Islamic teachings worldwide. By equipping students with these essential skills, the program seeks to contribute to a deeper global understanding of Islamic doctrine.
