Translation and Its Available Career Opportunities After Graduation
The Alumni Association Unit at the College of Languages and Translation in Quraiger organized a training course titled “Translation and Its Available Career Opportunities After Graduation.” The course was presented by Dr. Magda Babiker Ahmed, Assistant Professor at the College of Languages and Translation in Quraiger, on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the college auditorium from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The program covered an introduction to translation and its significance in today’s world, types of translation, and the challenges faced by translators. It also discussed the difference between literal and interpretive translation and explored the career opportunities available for graduates in the field of translation.
The program witnessed a large turnout and significant engagement from students, with active participation throughout the event.
