Article 2

Without prejudice to the provisions of the Regulations on Studying and Examinations at the Undergraduate Level, this Regulation aims to organize graduate studies in universities to enhance the efficiency and quality of the educational process and academic procedures at the graduate level.

Article 3

The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to universities subject to the Law of the Higher Education Council and Universities issued by Royal Decree No. M/8 dated 4/6/1414 H, as well as to universities subject to the Law of Universities issued by Royal Decree No. M/27 dated 2/3/1441 H.
