The Faculty of Languages and Translation at King Khalid University remains committed to fostering sustainable partnerships aimed at enriching academic and operational excellence. On Monday, November 20, 2017, Dr. Yahya Asiri, the Vice Dean, and Dr. Munassir Alhamami, the Chairman, visited the English Language Institute (ELI) of King Abdulaziz University. The team was warmly received by Dr. Abdullah Al-Bargi, the ELI Dean, who provided them with an extensive tour of the Intensive English Program. During the visit, Dr. Al-Bargi shared valuable insights into the best practices and initiatives undertaken by their institute to prepare students for a challenging and promising future. Dr. Asiri expressed his sincere appreciation to Dr. Al-Bargi for the warm welcome and the enriching tour.

Continuing their efforts, on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, Dr. Asiri and Dr. Alhamami concluded their tour with a visit to the College of Languages and Translation (COLT) at King Saud University (KSU). Upon their arrival, they were cordially greeted by Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mansour, the Dean of the College of Languages and Translation. Dean Al-Mansour emphasized the importance of colleges exchanging visits within the Kingdom to facilitate the sharing of experiences and best practices. During the meeting, the teams engaged in fruitful discussions and reiterated the significance of collaboration between colleges to enhance resources, services, and expertise available to faculty and students.

These visits reflect the Faculty of Languages and Translation's dedication to building strong alliances and promoting knowledge exchange among academic institutions.
