The English Club at the College of Languages and Translation in Abha, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs (Female Section), hosted a cultural event titled "Tour Around the World" on Wednesday, 15 Rajab 1443 AH, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The event featured a variety of cultural booths, beginning locally with the Asir Region corner, themed "Qimam wa Shem" (Peaks and Values), and extending to Scotland, Italy, Japan, Canada, and the United States. Each booth creatively showcased its respective country's culture, offering attendees a global experience within the walls of the College of Languages and Translation. Students presented traditional dishes, displayed key phrases in the official language along with translations, and highlighted famous landmarks, universities, historical backgrounds, and national specialties. English-speaking students were stationed at each booth to explain why they chose the country and to share essential insights about it—including the booth dedicated to Asir.
