In a cooperative endeavor with Cosmoline Clinics in Abha, the Unit of Advising and Counseling of the Bachelor of Arts in English program held an enlightening workshop on February 25, 2020. Titled "Students' Anxiety and its Treatments," the workshop offered students the opportunity to understand and manage anxiety disorders better.

The session, led by cognitive-behavioral therapist Reham Asiri, provided students with an in-depth understanding of the causes and symptoms of anxiety disorders. The students greatly appreciated the opportunity to experiment with various anxiety management strategies, effectively arming them with tools to combat this prevalent issue.

Asiri's expert guidance provided a comfortable environment for students to learn more about the often misunderstood subject of anxiety disorders. By the end of the session, students left with a greater understanding of anxiety disorders, equipped with practical strategies to manage potential symptoms. This informative workshop reinforced the commitment of the Unit of Advising and Counseling in supporting the overall well-being of its students.
