On Sunday, October 28, 2018, the Women’s English Club at the Faculty of Languages and Translation orchestrated a visit to Gold's Gym for an awareness campaign concerning breast cancer. Members of the English Club crafted special blouses and gifts designed to elevate consciousness regarding breast cancer and additional women’s health issues.

Demonstrating unity during the three-hour event, the students all donned the uniquely designed blouses, specifically tailored for this campaign. Furthermore, they participated in a Zumba fitness class, an effective and engaging form of exercise suitable for women across all age groups.

The highlight of the event was an enlightening question-and-answer session with a seasoned women’s health trainer. The trainer shared valuable information on the pivotal role of balanced diet and regular exercise in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

To conclude the visit, the trainers were presented with certificates of appreciation as a token of gratitude for their hospitality and active involvement in the event. This gesture not only acknowledged their valuable contributions but also emphasized the ongoing commitment of the Faculty of Languages and Translation to promote important health issues.
