Under the guidance of the Dean, Dr. Abdullah Al-Melhi, and Vice Dean, Dr. Yahya Asiri, the e-Learning Supervisor, Mohsin Khan, spearheaded a workshop entitled "E-Reading Strategies" for students in the Language Enhancement Program (LEP). Held on March 21, 2018, in room A/3/1 from 9 am to 10:30 am, the workshop was met with enthusiastic participation, reaching full capacity.

The event, which was greatly enriched by the support of Mr. Javed Ahmed, Dr. Mohammed Asif Ishfaq, and Syed Asif Abbas, introduced students to a new approach to reading. Mohsin explained how students can harness digital platforms to boost their critical reading skills, encouraging faster and more efficient reading practices compared to traditional methods. He emphasized the importance of comprehension in its broadest context, aiming to enhance understanding and promote deeper engagement with the material.

The workshop included a series of interactive worksheets centered on various reading strategies. These resources offered students a practical and engaging way to further their understanding and retention of the topics discussed during the presentation. This immersive, hands-on approach facilitated a more comprehensive grasp of e-reading techniques, making the workshop a highly beneficial experience for all participants.
