النجاح قرار وليس اختيار Success is a Decision, not a Choice
نظّمت رابطة الخريجات بكلية اللغات والترجمة بفرع قريقر ورشة عمل بعنوان: "النجاح قرار وليس اختيار""
قدّمتها الدكتورة عفاف أحمد سقير، أستاذ مساعد بكلية الأعمال – قسم الاقتصاد بجامعة الملك خالد، وذلك يوم الاثنين الموافق 8 / 10 / 2025م.
استمرت الورشة لمدة ساعتين، وشهدت إقبالًا كبيرًا من الحضور ومشاركة فعّالة من المتدربات
وتناولت الورشة عددًا من المحاور المهمة، من أبرزها:
- مفهوم النجاح وكيفية تحويله من حلم إلى هدف قابل للتحقيق.
- الفرق بين التفكير الإيجابي والتفكير السلبي وأثرهما على اتخاذ القرار.
- أهمية وضع خطة واضحة وتحديد الأهداف الشخصية والمهنية.
- دور الثقة بالنفس والإصرار في تجاوز التحديات والعقبات.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت وتنظيم الأولويات لتحقيق النجاح.
- تأثير البيئة المحيطة والعلاقات الاجتماعية في بناء شخصية ناجحة.
عرض أمثلة ونماذج واقعية لأشخاص استطاعوا تحقيق النجاح من خلال قرارات واعية وجهود مستمرة.
وفي ختام الورشة، قدّمت الدكتورة عفاف عددًا من النصائح التحفيزية للمشاركات، مؤكدة أن النجاح لا يتحقق بالصدفة، بل هو قرار نابع من الإرادة والعمل الجاد والمثابرة.

The Alumni Association at the College of Languages and Translation in Quraiger organized a workshop entitled: " Success Is a Decision, not a Choice,"
presented by Dr. Afaf Ahmed Sogair, Assistant Professor at the College of Business – Department of Economics, King Khalid University, on Monday, October 6, 2025.
The workshop lasted for two hours and witnessed a large turnout and active participation from the attendees.
- The workshop covered several important topics, including:
- The concept of success and how to turn it from a dream into an achievable goal.
- The difference between positive and negative thinking and their impact on decision-making.
- The importance of setting clear plans and defining personal and professional goals.
- The role of self-confidence and determination in overcoming challenges and obstacles.
- Time management skills and setting priorities to achieve success.
- The influence of the surrounding environment and social relationships in building a successful personality.
- Real-life examples and stories of people who achieved success through conscious decisions and continuous effort.
At the end of the workshop, Dr. Afaf offered several motivational tips to the participants, emphasizing that success is not a coincidence but a decision that stems from willpower, hard work, and perseverance. #King_Khalid_University
