Due to an increase in reported cheating cases, all students must power off all electronic devices (phones, smartwatches, wireless earphones, etc.), place them in plastic storage bags, and leave them at the front of the examination hall. Kindly ensure this policy is strictly enforced throughout the examination period.
Please ensure that all final exam papers for both undergraduate and graduate programs are submitted to the Exam Subcommittee in Room G-050 at the previously circulated times.

CLT Final Exam Regulations
A) Before the Day of the Exam
1.1 Faculty members must regularly check their invigilation timetables on the Academia website for updates. Last-minute changes will be communicated by the exam committee.
1.2 Review timetables carefully, as duties may not be in chronological order. No excuses will be accepted for missed duties.
1.3 IDs must be verified at the entrance; students without valid IDs must obtain a duplicate ID from the registrar.
1.4 Devices capable of storing data, such as phones, smartwatches, and Bluetooth headphones, are strictly prohibited. These devices must be switched off and placed in a zipped bag either on the floor or under the chair.
1.5 Deprived students should be reported to the course instructor for further action.
2.1 Coordinators/instructors must print the latest attendance sheets before the exam begins.
2.2 Instructors must create new question papers different from previous exams.
2.3 Invigilators must ensure nothing related to the subject is written on classroom boards.
2.4 Students' headscarves should not cover ears or faces.
2.5 Invigilators must ensure students fill in names, university numbers, and serial numbers on answer scripts and sign the attendance sheet.
3.1 No student may enter after the first 30 minutes or leave during this time.
3.2 Late students cannot receive extra time.
3.3 IDs of late students must be checked.
4.1 Invigilators should avoid unnecessary conversation and remain vigilant.
4.2 Invigilators should not sit, read, or use mobile phones.
4.3 Cheating must be reported immediately, with evidence or a witness if evidence is unavailable.
4.4 Students must direct any questions about misprints to the course instructor.
4.5 Course instructors with multiple sections can visit other rooms after arrangements.
4.6 Invigilators must remain in the exam hall unless accompanying students or instructed otherwise.
4.7 Any leave must be coordinated through the Exam Committee.
4.8 Students feeling unwell during the exam must leave their materials in the exam room and notify the Exam Committee. Upon their return, no extra time will be granted.
4.9 Students needing to visit the toilet must first notify the Exam Committee. They must be accompanied by an invigilator who will ensure no access to unauthorized materials or communication occurs.
4.10 Invigilators must announce the time at the halfway point and again 15 minutes before the exam ends, as per the Exam Committee's guidelines.
4.11 Ensure that the number of collected answer scripts matches the number of students present, and report any discrepancies to the Exam Committee immediately.
4.12 All exam materials, including answer scripts, attendance sheets, and related documents, must be returned to the respective course instructors or coordinators.
4.13 Collect the sealable bags containing exam materials and ensure they are securely returned to the Exam Committee.
C) After the Day of the Exam
1.1 Instructors must mark papers within 24 hours for one section (or <50 students) and 48
hours for two sections (or >50 students).
1.2 Submit materials to the Exam Control Committee along with a checklist of contents.
1.3 Ensure answer scripts, attendance sheets, and results are properly organized and
photocopies of the highest/lowest marks are included.
1.4 The committee will verify that all materials are complete and correct.
