In a spirited effort to highlight the crucial role of sports in enhancing physical and mental health, the College of Languages and Translation Club and the College of Computer Science Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for female students, hosted the "Sports Break" program. The event took place on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Al-Nokhba Hall within the women's campus in Al-Qureiqar.

From 10 a.m. to noon, nearly one hundred enthusiastic female students gathered to participate, cheer, and engage in a variety of athletic activities. The program aimed to provide a refreshing pause from academic routines, fostering not only physical well-being but also a sense of community and sportsmanship among the students.

"The large turnout reflects our students' eagerness to embrace activities that promote a healthy lifestyle," remarked an organizer from the College of Languages and Translation Club. The event featured multiple sports and interactive sessions designed to inspire and motivate participants to maintain an active lifestyle.

The success of the "Sports Break" program underscores the university's growing commitment to support initiatives that prioritize student health and wellness, recognizing that such efforts contribute significantly to academic success and personal development.
