In a previous report on September 1, 2019, we announced that Dr. Eyhab Abdulrazak Bader Eddin, a member of our faculty, had been recognized as a Qualified Member (Translator) by the United Kingdom's Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) for the English to Arabic language combination. Founded in 1986, ITI has since grown to comprise 3,000 members. Its mission is to continually develop and enhance the translation and interpreting profession in collaboration with government, industry, commerce, media, and the general public, thereby solidifying its reputation as an authoritative resource in the field.

Dr. Bader Eddin, esteemed for his unique expertise in the field, is one of only 28 individuals worldwide to hold the MITI designation in the English to Arabic language combination. In an impressive advancement of his professional status, he has also earned the highly coveted ITI qualified combination certification. As of November 25, 2019, following an exceptional portfolio assessment, Dr. Bader Eddin joined an exclusive group of certified ITI translators in the Arabic to English combination. This accomplishment is even more remarkable given that only three individuals worldwide hold this specific certification.
