In recognition of the crucial role translation plays in sharing cultures and serving as a bridge between nations and civilizations, the College of Languages and Translation Club, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs for female students, organized a program titled "Excellence in Simultaneous Interpretation." The event was held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the college theater.

A large number of female students attended, participating and competing in various segments of the program. Running from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the event featured several components, including discussions on assisting tools in simultaneous interpretation and sharing student experiences in the field of translation. Competitions were also held, with prizes awarded to the winners.

The program aimed to enhance the skills of aspiring interpreters by providing insights into the tools that aid in simultaneous translation and offering a platform for students to share their experiences. Organizers highlighted the importance of such initiatives in fostering communication and understanding in an increasingly globalized world.
