clt Participates in Mobaderoon 2
On June 29, 2021, Hassan Costello led a two-hour webinar, "Strategies for IELTS Preparation and Test-Taking". The insightful session, supervised by the Vice Presidency of Business and Knowledge Economy, was an initiative of the Scholarship Administration and the Faculty of Languages and Translation. This endeavor is a part of Mobaderoon 2, a community service project aimed at bolstering the exchange of knowledge between King Khalid University and the broader community.
During the webinar, Costello enlightened nearly 250 participants about the multitude of study guides available for preparation. His primary objective, however, was to introduce practical strategies for exploiting the test's weaknesses and avoiding common mistakes during the IELTS examination. Costello emphasized the efficacy of each tip, urging participants to become adept in discerning what techniques work best and identifying areas needing improvement.
The Faculty of Languages and Translation's Bachelor of Arts in English program remains steadfast in its commitment to community engagement. This is evident in its active participation in various community partnership activities, aligning with King Khalid University's broader community partnership plan.
